The power of transforming matterin the primary relationof time and space, which must also be definedin relation to the human soul. There is no physics without spiritualityand inner life, just as there is no human being withoutelectrical events. The entire life of a human beingis onlyan electrical flow.

Increasing human energy—the answer given in three words:food, peace, and work. For many, many yearsI thought and thought, losing myself in assumptions and theories, until I reached higher solutions, only then to realizethat I had been taught themin early childhood. Now their scientificmeaning and purpose are clear to me:(food to increase mass)(peace to reduce the slowing force)(and work

The vision was that by influencingthe ionospheric envelopeit would be possible to create waveswhich, with gentle amplification, could cause an accelerationof the evolutionary developmentof humanity. If they were created withfine tuning, the entire human racecould be covered with wavesthat would bring usmuch fasterto the peakof spiritual development.

There are three waysin which human energythat determines the human processcan be increased. First, we can increase the mass.In the case of humanity, this would mean improving the conditionsof life, health, the development of the species, and similar factors. Second, we canreduce the forces of resistancethat slow progress, such as ignorance, stupidity, and religious fanaticism. Third, we canmultiply the energy
