and cannot be
created separately from
such a structure.
Its eternal dimensional–electrical
parameters arise from specific
operating conditions
and deviate significantly from
the values that characterize the transmitting
“extra coil.”
The reason for this is the incomparably higher
energy density on the transmitter side,
due to which deformation of the local
space–time structure occurs
and relativistic effects manifest.
This results in changes
in a series of parameters,
including permittivity and
